Egress Description
We have one 4.2 door in the 'dirty' side. The 'clean' side has a set of double doors that will allow most equipment to be transferred with some modification. Most machines (we have several, please look for other listings) will need some disassembly due to the height of the door frame, which is average height. The ironer is the item that requires most disassembly.
The floor is level
Door opening – 70” width and 83” height. (true clearance)
2 Washers – 85” d – 86”h – 86”w (the top where the motor is placed is not in the figure, which will need to be disassembled) (included in the measurements are minor items to remove from the washer to make it through the opening)
The dock is 300 feet from the dirty side and 100 feet from the clean side.
