Egress Description
We have one 4.2' door on the dirty side. On the clean side, there is a set of double doors that will allow most equipment to be transferred with some modification. The height of the door frame is average height. This item should be easy to remove.
Buyers will need to disassemble something on most of the equipment to make it through the door opening. (We have several laundry items for sale. Please look for our other listings!)
The floor is level.
Door opening – 70” wide and 83” tall. (true clearance)
It's either 100' or 300' to the dock, depending on which door you use.

We are not sure which actual model this is, as they all look very similar. We are certain it is one of the two larger sizes and we think it's the 2000-22, which is the largest one they make. See the spec sheet in the images. The actual machine dimensions are H73” xW41”x D37”.
